Thank you for your interest in becoming a dealer with Pigfish Lane Antiques & Interiors.
We require a 6 month minimum lease with a 30-day notice to vacate requirement. We rent space on a monthly basis at a rate dependent upon the location and size of space you require plus a 10% commission on all sales and a 3% credit card fee passed through to you as the Dealer. We collect and pay all sales taxes and disburse monthly the net amount due to you within 5 days of the end of each month.
Dealers are selected by management using a “juried” system. Your application must include photos of a current space or items you will be selling. You may submit application and photos in person or by email to pigfishlane2@gmail.com
We are primarily interested in dealers selling antique, vintage and selective interior designer items and services. We are always interested in meeting dealers offering distinctive and unusual items. We will not accept dealers selling modern clothing & accessories, modern household goods, or items. We review all applications and photos thoroughly and keep them on file for 6 months.
We have found that successful dealers “work” their booth a minimum of once each week. You will be responsible for keeping your booth clean and neat at all times.
